KTIMA HARLAFTIS LIASTOS
Produced with the Asyrtiko variety, cultivated on the Haralftis estate in Stamata. A selection of grapes that are matured on the estate in a temperature of 15 degrees. After careful  vintage process the mature grapes are spread out on bamboo shading mats under the sun for approximately two weeks. When the grapes reach 20 degrees they are hand pressed. The result of the pressurization process is a rich, aromatic and dense must which is then placed in oak French barrels sized 225 lt. where a subtle and slow fermentation process begins, lasting up to 3 months. The wine is then matured in underground cellars of the winery. The Harlaftis Liastos wine is better served as an Aperitif at 6-8 degrees Celsius.
