HARLAFTIS FUME After extensive experimentation with our grapes, we produced the Chateau Harlaftis (Fume) White wine. It is a mixture of the Assyrtiko and Chardonnay variety and vinified "Sur Lies" in new French oak Nevers barrels. The wine matures for over 18 months in the cellars of our winery. The grapes are grown on the Harlaftis estate vineyard in Stamata (Northeern Attica). Production is in limited quantities and the label is a creation of the Greek painter Dimitris Yeros. |
